Welcome to our website. By visiting our website and placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions as listed below.

These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between yourself (the customer) and Luxe Interiors. The following terms and conditions are valid for all transactions taking place at Luxe Interiors. We treat any order you place as a purchase of our products, which means that our terms and conditions are valid. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully. Nothing in our terms and conditions are intended to affect a buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products

All our products are delivered flat pack with full instructions on assembly.

Product information

All specifics, images, and other information such as assembled sizes and weights may be subject to change at any time. However, our intention is to keep all information on our website as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

Pricing policy

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order with the following exception:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Therefore, we cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted by us. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

If the online price of the goods is reduced after you have placed your order, but before you have received the goods, we will happily honour this price reduction. 

The ownership of any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products if we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices shown on our website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of Vat at the current rate, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT and we will endeavour to ensure that prices are shown correctly.

Orders from outside the UK or EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country are your sole responsibility.

Payment

We accept payment by major credit or debit cards. We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, and Maestro.

We will take reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.  

- All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable)

- We accept only online payments by credit card. 

- We do not accept payment by cheque or cash.

- You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

- All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

- If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery

Delivery

We believe that this part is equally as important as having the best product for sale. It’s the final mile that can make all the difference in your experience with us. We really are committed in getting this part right.

We have tried to make this as simple as possible.

- Order by 3 pm (Monday – Friday) and we will dispatch your order the SAME DAY

- Order on Friday after 3 pm and we will dispatch your order first thing Monday morning

- All orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday  

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland, and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual cost for delivery will be displayed during checkout.  

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following delivery partners: XDP, UK Mail, DHL, UPS, and Palletways.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas, we will try to deliver in the timescales above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances, we will contact you to let you always know and keep you updated.

Out-of-stock items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be advised about this in your Order Confirmation email.

Please note: If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will deliver the order in full when all items are in stock. You will be advised about this in your Order Confirmation email.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All our items will require a signature, please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered. We cannot stress enough how important it is to check your order on delivery. Upon delivery (and whilst the driver is still there) we recommend you give your product(s) a thorough all round check as any damage needs to be reported immediately. Once a signature has been recorded by the delivery provider and damage stated afterward is not covered by insurance. It is also to your benefit to report things on delivery as it can be more expensive to return large items with the need for correct packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, or it has been rendered unusable, it is your responsibility to obtain the relevant packaging material required for the safe transport of the goods.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further attempts we will make before the items are returned to us. You may be able to collect from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns, refunds or change your mind

We’d like you to be happy with everything you buy from Luxe Interiors as we are committed to selling only high-quality products, but we understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. That’s not a problem. If you change your mind after placing your order you are still able to make a cancellation, regardless of the reason, without any fee before the item is dispatched. Please bear in mind though that we aim to dispatch your order the same day.  

Once dispatched, if you have ordered the wrong item by mistake or simply changed your mind, we also allow you 14 days from the day following your delivery to let us know if you want to return your product(s) so long as they are unused.  

Please be aware if you do change your mind, there are some limitations to this. We are unable to accept back assembled products. The product needs to be dismantled and packaged in a way that it can be returned.  

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted/canceled items to us, and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us.

Is your item faulty or damaged

Luxe Interiors has a legal obligation to sell goods to you in accordance with the contract we have agreed with you. We do our best to make sure that your delivery arrives on time, and undamaged. If it doesn’t please contact us on 03300 430 936 or email info@luxe-interiors.co.uk, and we will help resolve your issue. Our partner factories work to the highest regulated standards, and it is very rare to see a faulty product due to a manufacturing fault. Please contact us straight away, so that we can resolve the issue for you.  

If the products we supply do not comply with the contract, you have the following rights in addition to your legal rights. Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, you will be offered the choice of spare parts, with no questions asked, or a full refund. 

From 30 days after the receipt of the goods until 12 months, we will still offer spare parts with no questions asked. If this does not work, then we will offer a new product, refund, or partial refund.  

After the first 12 months from receipt of the goods, you may be offered a partial refund, depending on the product and usage. Again, we will still offer spare parts with no questions asked.  

Where possible, damaged in transit should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, by contacting the customer service helpline on 03300 430 936 or email info@luxe-interiors.co.uk.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item, you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you receive is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return.  

Unfortunately, none of our items can be returned by standard post.  

We offer a courier service to assist you with returning unwanted items, and this will be deducted from your refund. If you would like us to arrange a courier collection, please let us know, and we can advise you of the cost.

Receiving your refund

We will refund your money to the same credit card that you purchased your product with. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Warranty

Luxe Interiors provides a full year’s warranty on all products. If there is something wrong with your item within 12 Months of purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@boca-living.com Please describe the problem, and if possible supply photos showing the problem.
